He is a Scout, talent hunter & works with youth development and mentoring programs with top class Academies across Europe.

Mentoring Program - He works with youth players and professional athletes mentoring them through on-pitch Leadership skills, Anxiety & Stress management, Ethics, Adaptability, Motivation, Emotional & Mental Health, Decision making and overall professionalism.

Joel has conducted Sports Youth leagues for Under privileged children under the umbrella of YMCA. He has also worked with national level athletes on an international camp alongside coaches of varied nationalities, giving him vast understanding of international coaching methodologies.
He was HOD (Head of the Department of Sports) for over 3 years at the Chettinad Group Schools ranging across 4 cities. Facilitated curriculum design, implementation of the curriculum, Designed and developed sports spaces within these schools. Managed sports development programs and organised all sporting events. He also taught a theory subject called PEd for the 9th and 10th grade students at the IGCSE board, covering theory and practical lessons on various games to students each season. During his time as HOD he also built a program "Train the Trainer" to enhance quality of coaching across the board at all levels and in all schools.

Clube de Braga, FC Maia, LR Ahlen in Germany, San Marino in Italy, the CD
Feirensee and finally the AD Sanjoanense.

the Managing Partners of the sports event company that manages Prodirect
Academy Portugal Soccer Academy and the SL Benfica Football School in
Aveiro. He was the one who thought and designed the project “The Players’
Backpack” because he believes that the sports career can and should be

One of the major reasons for Sharukh being involved in Aaron Sports Consulting is his love for sports. He’s a former district level cricketer and footballer. Sharukh has also coached and refereed in youth football leagues, and has organised South India’s largest cycling initiative. During his stint as the COO of the Becoming I Foundation, his team framed and implemented the Music, Art & Sports curriculum to ensure underprivileged children receive holistic education.
At Aaron Sports Consulting, Sharukh holds the Director of Emerging Markets position. He extends our expertise to new and emerging geographical regions, where we can develop young talent at the grassroots level. With the intention of raising the standard of sport in India, he enables both individuals and organisations to compete with the best across the world.
In his free time, Sharukh loves taking his bike out for a spin, playing the drums and pondering over the marvelousness of the universe.
Vansh Poddar

India’s Eastern region has alway blessed us with the finest footballers in the country, and finding the next generation of football stars is Vansh Poddar’s job. He is the Location Manager for East Zone in India for Aaron Sports Consulting.

Vansh is a sports enthusiast having interest in sports like Football, Kabaddi, Cricket, and many others. He also believes in bringing sustainability in the world through the field of sports. Fayyaz Imtiaz is the Regional Director for the Middle East where he is responsible for managing the operations and scouting young and enthusiastic talents with an aim to nurture their career in Sports.

Fayyaz has more than 5 years of experience in the IT industry working with Fortune 500 companies like Ingram Micro.

His areas of expertise are Business Development and Pre-Sales Consulting.
Fayyaz is a valuable addition to Aaron Sports Consulting because of his passion for sports. He has represented the Thiruvallur District in various under 15 tournaments as well as representing Tamil Nadu in the Indo-Sri Lanka Football Tournament. That being said, he currently conducts regular football sessions for working professionals in Dubai.
Vishnu Narayanan

Vishnu Narayanan is Aaron Sports Consulting’s Area Manager for the state of Kerala, arguably one of the most football-crazy states in India. Organising tryouts and finding footballing talent in the state is his main job.

Apart from his profession, Vishnu also has a passion for sports and has been actively playing football from a very young age. He has represented his school at district level and has also played for the SRM University college team. Vishunu went on to play for a second division club in the Tamil Nadu Football League. Apart from football, his main interests are motorcycles and is part of the XBHP riding group. At Aaron Sports Consulting, Vishnu is the Area Manager for Kerala. His key responsibility is to bring out the best talents that the state has to offer.
